Cheryl's Bio

Cheryl Krebeck is an Associate Broker with Lacaze Meredith Real Estate in Easton, Maryland. Licensed in 1994 and actively involved in real estate sales since 1997, she serves buyers and sellers in residential sales having experience with new homes, resales, waterfront, second homes, land sales, condominiums, tax exchanges and investment property in Dorchester, Caroline, Queen Anne’s and Talbot Counties.

Ms. Krebeck believes that her knowledge of the business of real estate, her feel for the market and her experience of living, working and volunteering in the area since 1978 are the reasons for her success. She has obtained certifications from the Council of Residential Specialists, Graduate Realtor Institute and the Senior Advantage Real Estate Council. She has a Bachelors Degree from the University of Maryland, College Park. Ms. Krebeck previously held positions in Human Resources Management with The Shore Health System and in Program Development with Upper Shore Aging. Her volunteer experience includes the Talbot County National Academy of Finance Advisory Board, Upper Shore Private Industry Council, Talbot County Chamber of Commerce and the Talbot County Committee on the Handicapped. She is a member of the Eastern Shore Senior Providers Network and Chesapeake Women’s Network and has also had the privilege of being licensed by the Talbot County Department of Social Services as a Foster Parent and has provided a home for children in need.

Believing in the promotion of the professional status of her colleagues in the Real Estate business, Ms. Krebeck has been active in the Mid-Shore Board of Realtors as Education Committee Member and Chairman, Board Member, Secretary and President of the 600+ member association. She is currently serving as Chair of the Bylaws Committee of the Maryland Association of Realtors.

Ms. Krebeck lives in Easton with her Wirehaired Fox Terrier, Sally. She enjoys traveling to exotic places, volunteering with her church and other community organizations and marketing the cooking products from The Pampered Chef—This REALTOR® Really COOKS!
